It sure is
nice to be able to continue to work after a tough year.  It all started Thanksgiving 2011 when I had a
ruptured appendix and spent a week in the hospital.  A week after returning home had to go back to
the hospital for a few more days.
Then in
February 2012 had surgery on my back in Saint Cloud and in April I had a total
hip replacement.  Then in May I guess, my
wife Dorothy thought it was time I took care of her.  She fell at Target Field at a Twins
game.  She had surgery at HCMC for a
broken leg and dislocated ankle, so the summer was spent recuperating for both
of us.
I still do some plumbing and heating.
I like to
keep busy with my scrap iron business and do some backhoe work.

We do much traveling for family gatherings to stay connected with them.
